What we store
Your email, a hashed password, the language you chose, your credit balance and the messages you exchange. We do not store card data: payments run through the payment provider.
Why we store it
To run your account, deliver what you paid for, keep conversation context and comply with tax and anti-fraud obligations.
Conversations
Your messages are sent to our language model provider to produce replies. They are not sold, and they are not used to identify you to anyone else.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by writing to the contact address. We answer within 30 days.
Retention
Conversations are kept while the account exists. Payment records are kept for the period tax law requires, even after deletion.
