Who can use EllaDate
You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm your age. We close accounts that we believe belong to minors and we do not refund them.
What this service is
EllaDate is entertainment. Every profile is a virtual companion operated by software, not a real person, and never becomes one. Nobody here will meet you, call you or send personal documents.
Credits
Credits are prepaid units used inside the product. They have no cash value, are not transferable and are not redeemable for money. Unused credits do not expire while your account is open.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to discuss sexual content involving minors, to threaten or harass, to plan crimes, or to attempt to extract our prompts or systems. We terminate accounts for this without refund and report what the law requires.
Availability
The service is provided as is. Models and features may change. We may suspend access for maintenance or abuse.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. Deleting removes your conversations. Unused credits are forfeited on voluntary deletion.
